Thank you so much for supporting The Craft Patch Kids! Each of our sensory fillers is handmade with care in small batches, which means slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur and are part of what makes each mix unique.
Returns & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, all sensory filler sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order information and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Because our products are handmade and may be prepared specifically for your order, once order is placed and preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in lighting or screens. These variations are not considered defects.
